Firm Overview

Due', Price, Guidry, Piedrahita & Andrews was established in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1986. Since its inception, our Louisiana personal injury and accident law firm has been devoted to the representation of seriously injured people and their families through an academic, yet aggressive, approach, and to the preservation of victim's rights in all branches of government through involvement with leading trial lawyer associations, such as the Louisiana Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.

Due', Price, Guidry, Piedrahita & Andrews is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana accident and injury law firm steeped in academic excellence. While most people know Louisiana for its cultural diversity, its unique music, and its Cajun cuisine, our Baton Rouge injury lawyers know Louisiana for its unique Civil Law System - a blend of Roman, Spanish, and French legal traditions. Every accident and injury lawyer associated with our law firm graduated near the top of their respective law school class, with two members graduating 1st in their class - Paul H. Due' from the LSU Law Center in 1966 and Kirk A. Guidry from the the Southern University Law Center in 1991.  Paul H. Due', Donald W. Price, and Randy A. Piedrahita served on the editorial board of the Louisiana Law Review.  Donald W. Price and Randy A. Piedrahita clerked for the Louisiana Supreme Court, and Randy achieved the additional honor of serving as a law clerk to the late Henry Politz, Chief Judge of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The firm is proud to include as its Of Counsel, retired 19th Judicial District and First Circuit Court of Appeal Judge, Bob Downing, and the W. Page Keeton Chair in Tort Law at the University of Texas School of Law, Professor David W. Robertson. Professor Robertson is one of the leading authorities in the United States in Admiralty and in Torts (Personal Injury), having written numerous scholarly articles and widely used textbooks on both subjects.  Scott Andrews is currently serving as Adjunct Law Professor at the Southern University Law Center, teaching Advanced Louisiana Torts, Insurance Law, and Products Liability.

Due', Price, Guidry, Piedrahita & Andrews is proud to be one of only a handful of Louisiana personal injury law firms that have two injury attorneys who have served as President of the leading trial lawyer organization in the State of Louisiana. Paul H. Due' was President of the Louisiana Association for Justice (formerly the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association) in 1982-1983, and Donald W. Price was President in 2009-2010.
