The firm handles many cases at the trial and appellate level for other lawyers. Our association includes a former and current law professor, three former judicial law clerks who served the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal, two members who graduated first in their law school classes and four members who were members of the Order of the Coif and the Louisiana Law Review (three of whom served as editors). The firm has handled hundreds of appeals on behalf of plaintiffs and has a wealth of experience obtaining favorable judgments at the trial court level and in either preserving a favorable judgment or correcting an erroneous judgment at the appellate level.
